Blaupunkt Fiat Multipla Radio Code Needed

I was wondering if anyone would be so kind as to help me work out what the code for my Fiat Multipla CD player is please?
I disconnected it to see if my Pioneer one would fit, but now I can't get the original one to work again. (Getting WAIT)

I have the book and the card that came with the car but the card with the serial number and four digit code is different to the one in the car.

The serial number on the stereo chassis is ..

I had to disconnect the battery and don't have the reset code

Sorry....will only be available from the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to obtain this code

It will not be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet
