Hi, Im looking for a radio code for my Vauxhall Astra (52), the car still has its original CD player

VDO CDR 500 - serial number = 6M050021584136

& what sequence is required to enter the code?

Can I please ask why? I've read through this forum, and others with similar CD models / descriptions / serial number have been given a code to try

VDO CDR 500 - serial number = GM050021584136

These CDR500 codes are not calculated but have to be looked up in a database......and GM050021584136 is not in the available database software.

(It is a GM at the beginning not 6M as you quoted)
