code for the given serial is 3250 so it must have been recoded. so Decode Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM

Please note that code entry is only possible if the display shows "CODE". If there are four lines showing "----" then leave the unit switched on for two hours to reset.
