Request for help with Clarion radio code

I have a Clarion model PU-2294B(D) radio with the serial no. CL0402Y0338073. it was not in use for quite a long time and when I've turned it on now I was asked to enter the code, which of course I dont have any more. searching for help on the web, I've seen that you helped a person with a similar problem and so I've turned to you if you can help me too.

Hi.
Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)
If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio
