Renault Clio MTV car stereo code

Hi there,

I'm looking for the code for an Renault Clio MTV car stereo.
The code, 6743, I believe that would work is not being accepted.

The radio is now stuck on the word CODE. I disconnected the live wires from the battery for 30mins and still the word CODE will not disappear to show the 0000.

Does the ground wire also need to be disconnected as well

Anyway appreciate all help to get my stereo back working

Hi Regworts,

Update on the CODE word.
The four 0000 came in after 20mins

I believe the numbers above are correct but get entered in some combination.
Everytime I enter in the code wrong, more time is added to enter the code again.

I'll email the person with the email address you provided.
In the meantime, if anyone else who views the thread above, can provide me with the code, I'll be very grateful
