Hello, what a relief to find these pages! I've called the original supplying Renault dealer and they have the code for an upgraded radio that was supplied new but they did not record on the service book, instead they recorded the original plus two further incorrect numbers. Unless I travel over 100 with my passport and the V5 they won't tell me the code, which I understand from a security point of view, just wish they'd been a bit more careful with the documentation. Anyway;

Model number 22DC279/62 Product number FD1305450531743 and a serial number 7700433948TV69 with security number V769.

Any help would be a fantastic boon. With kind regards, David
