Hi guys, I've just bought a Renault Kangoo, but the radio is now blocked and I do not have the code for the stereo or the manual. If any one can get me the code I would really appreciate it.

Hi could someone please help me i just had a battery change on my 2nd renault kangoo.

The stereo requires a code, i enter the code given by the previous owner but it doesnt work!

Once i switch the player on, it display "ERROR"

HELP!!!

I had reconnected the battery however the radio still display "ERROR"

you need to remove the radio.
they are too small holes each side of the radio
use an old metal coat hanger 4 darts or very small screwdriver or long nails.
put into holes about 4-5cms and push outwards sideways
and carefully pull radio forward.
you must do the holes on each side at the same time

Then post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
can be found in a small box then i can help you
off of the radio

note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before
the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")

hey hay88,

thanks alot for your help, i saw e code for me set written on the side of my player when i remove it. i waited for 30 mins before it allow me to enter the code again. thank god its working fine now!
