VW do not make radios, they just affix their badge to radios made by the main manufacturers. The only VW badged radios makes that can sometimes be decoded are the older PHILIPS and GRUNDIG. Unfortunately yours is made by BLAUPUNKT and this VW ( Blaupunkt) code cannot be calculated like a normal Blaupunkt radio. It is only obtainable from the Main VW Dealer who will look it up on the original factory database.

Otherwise your radio will have to be delivered to a Radio Decoding Service who will connect a laptop to read the working code inside the radio`s memory chip (EEPROM)
The cheapest option is usually your local Car Radio Store
