Code Entry as Follows:

Switch ON the Ignition (No need to start car)
Switch Radio On - Display Shows
" SAFE "
Press and Hold " TP " and " TA "
The Display will then show " 1000 "
(This may take up to 10 Seconds - be patient)
Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press and Hold " TP " and " TA " To Enter

Please note that code entry is only possible with the ignition switched on, and when "1000" is shown in the display. If the display continually shows "SAFE" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible.

Hey there... I'm the newbie here and I already would like to ask you for a favour.

My old VW Beta 4 Radio made in Portugal asks me for the code which I never had. Bought the car including radio years ago and didn't get any manuals for the radio and/or the required code. So could you lease help me out?!
