Audi A3 Radio Code help

Hi, New here please help!!

Just bought a A3, and was having a new sat nav and parrot fitted, now its gone into safe mode.
Checking the paperwork and books, the radio code is nowhere to be seen.

Its a symphony radio.
Is there anyway I can get it online or is it just a dealer solution.

Sorry - serial radio decoding software does not exist for you Panasonic
Audi Symphony II radio.
Your solution is either going to be AUDI main dealership or a 'Radio Decoding Service'

hi i have the same problem with my audi a3 which i bought 2 days ago had to change battery gone to safe mode the numbers that i see on the side is:
