Multi press each Preset Button the correct number of times and watch the display.

so

9 = pressing the button 9 times

Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit..so press 1 times
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit...so press 1 times
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit...so press 9 times
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit...so press 5 times
If the correct code number is now shown
Press Tuning UP Button " ^ " to Enter
