Ford blaupunkt

Hi I have a ford focus ST3 09 plate and I took the blaupunkt sat nav climate control head unit out because I had to get behind ( anyway that's not important ). When I replaced it I tried to put the security code in but the touch screen won't work now. Anyone got any ideas please?

Make sure all the cables and connectors are full pushed in
