Unfortunately I was wrong. The serial number is from another radio, which I have on the second car. But the code is the right

Now, I would like to find out the pin code for the right radio. Is it possible to find out the serial number without unscrewing it? Is it possible to show S/N on the display radio? Or I have a car VIN code: WF0MXXGBWM8D81074.

i had to replace the battery in my Ford Galaxy and now I cant run the radio (Travelpilot). My serial is C7E3A052288172168.
