Quick run down on this unit I bought the unit on eBay and installed in my Charger months ago screen popped up and then went away on its own. Yesterday I removed it from the Charger and installed in my 300C and now it is locked.


Is it possible that when I updated the radio it got locked to the Charger?

I`m not sure . These radios can often be awkward to fit into another vehicle as some will require the new VIN to be linked and you'll also have to check whether the radio is compatible with the new vehicle as some models are not interchangeable.

UPDATE!!!
After trying numerous codes it ended up being 1234. Not sure how or why but I have the radio back up and running.
