Please can anyone help? Recently bought a second-hand Kangoo van from a local dealer. When I didn’t get a V5 contacted DVLA (big mistake!). Have had to fork out £25 for a new registration document plus take the vehicle to a DVLA test centre which was miles away.
So, feeling as if I have been shafted and paid out sufficient cash through no fault of my making, am reluctant to pay for a radio code as well. If someone can help would be very much appreciated.

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard
Then post the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with RN************
Also post the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode
