Blaupunkt Radio cant enter code

so if my code is 3142 how do i enter?

press 1 x3 times?
press 2 x1 time?
press 3x4 times?
press 4x 2 times?

and i am still not shore about hot to enter the code?

why cant i just enter the code using all the numbers? insted of pressing 1 button many time to get the number? if anyone understands what i mean?

I have the same situation atm it just stays on wait for ages

and also i dont have the correct code could you help me find it?

Hi recently bought vw van with blaupunkt montreux c30 radio. When switched on "wait 1 h" shows. Have left switched on for 40 hours now and same message is displayed. Manual says after 1 hr should be able to enter code. Has anyone else had same problem, if yes any help would be VERY helpful!!

Remove it from the car for 30 minute.s..Reconnect ..then leave it SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to reset itself.

The important thing is to leave it UNDISTURBED. If you touch it , then the waiting timing starts again

Make sure you have the correct code.

If not sure, quote ALL the LETTERS+NUMBERS on ANY LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING
