bought a Vectra and need my Radio Key because of a defective Batterie and "Light-machine" (i don't know the English word ).

I'm from France, and have been lent an Opel Astra equipped with an antique Philips CAR 400 - cassette by my mechanics. My own car having been damaged in an accident, I'll have to cope with this Astra for two weeks or so.

The radio shows SAFE, and the S/N engraved on the casing is GM0400X2418055

Well, this is not the best news I get this morning, I'll try to torture softly my Opel (Vauxhall) dealer, who is my mechanics : I think he doesn't care about this problem, but, the car beeing lent for free, I won't set him under pressure.

I bought Peugeot 406 Coupe, when battery had run down in my radio i can see CODE. It's a philips 22DC594/65B, Prod. no. : FD0299091101049, PHI 1101049. I am counting on your help

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
PH* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes
