Philips car400 code needed

I dont understand what you meen by this "Main Dealer or Radio Decoding Service only for this code" pleeez help me to find a code for my car radio.

It means that it will not be available for free from anywhere on the Internet.

You are going to have to ask your Main Car Dealer who will look it up on the original factory database....or take it into a Radio Decoding Service who will open your radio to wire in a laptop to read the code inside the EEPROM memory chip using special software.
