have recently bought a V reg clio and the radio code written on the handbook isnt working!!

it is a Phillips
model no. 22dc451/62e
prod no. fd 1099242119922
the other number on the radio is fd 10 99 24 2119922
and 7700 433 073 g707

can anyone help? the car also has an annoying little rattle - need a radio so that i cant hear it!!!!
