Alfa Romeo Blaupunkt code

Hi Guys,
Can anybody help me?
I have a Blaupunkt CD receiver from my 2002 Alfa that needs a code. I have a card in my book pack, but unfortunately in the past it must have had a replacement radio and the code I have is not for this one!

BP - nr. 7 643 301 316
Prod Nr Fiat. 156 053 409 (possibly 469, the sticker is creased and unclear)
