Alfa 937 CD MP3 - WAIT problem

When power on cd (cd is in car) on lcd write "WAIT" and after 15min cd power off automatic .I have code but I can't input in cd. CD is orginal for alfa romeo(factory).

Try removing it from the car and connecting it to a battery supply.

Leave it switched on until it resets
