Franky, RegWorts and bogege, thank you all for your help, the radio works already ;D ...just to know when this happened to me, I spoke with the leaders of renault Portugal and they said they could not help because they could not see the codes for my radio, and had to buy a new one .. it was my luck to search on google and found you ;D
