note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before
the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")

This is just displaying ERROR when turned on and then counting down from 99, but as soon as it gets to 38 the radio switches off and there is nothing I can do to stop the radio turning off. Any ideas again much appreciated, thanks

While I'm here, has anyone else had trouble removing their battery? On mine, the bolt that secures the clamp on the bottom of the battery is turning, but not unscr*wing, as if whatever it screws into is also turning beneath the tray.
