There should be a 14 character Serial Number somewhere on the radio...quite often stamped in the metal case.

Should begin with RN or RG or PH or similar

I checked it and it is faint to say the least.

The old eyes don't seem to be working too well the 9 could be a 0 and the 3 an 8.

Sorry this Serial Number (+ variations !) are not in my PHILIPS database.
