Hi, battery replaced on my rover 45 and radio stopped working. Now I need the radio code but I donīt know make and model of radio.
I attach image of the codes print in the radio.

Ok, and... could recommend any site where I can buy the code?
I have seen this web Security Verification but it not gives me great confidence, as it gives the same serial number is entered in the search, they always say they have the code, even though the serial number does not exist.

Sorry ..I would not like to recommend any particular code supplier as most never offer any money back guarantee if the code given does not work .

These codes are not readily available as they require looking up the serial number on the original factory database...and that normally means asking your Main Dealer.(as this database is not readily available elsewhere)

Alternatively I would try taking it to one of your local Car Radio Shops (or even a Mobile Phone Unlock Shop ) who might be able to electronically "read" your code in the memory chip.(EEPROM) If so , they normally charge around a tenner.

Failing that , the radio will have to be taken or posted to a Professional Decoder who will normally charge around Ģ25 - Ģ35 ...or even more with p+p.

Ok, I have a lot of boxes for unlock mobile phones also I have necesary hardware and software for eeprom read, but I donīt know where are the eeprom place in the radio and how find the code radio one time data read of eeprom. Could you help me with this.

Many Thanks, I solved my problem. I have read the eeprom with a JDM programmer and I opened with a hex editor and now I have the correct code.

If you are that impatient for your code then try an online Decode Service who will supply your code by return.
