Today whilst doing my girlfriend car service I had to disconnect the battery... problem is, the girl doesn't have the radio code for her Clio 1.5 DCi and after looking at all documents she's got (service book, radio book etc...) there is absolutely no mention of this code... unbelievable.

Anyway, the girl is stressed out as it is with her studies and she really needs her radio if not i fear she's going to blow a fuse (hopefly not the radio's lol)

Now, it would appear a very good soul on here is helping a few people like me in similar situations... but I am not too sure what reference I ought to provide for this good samaritan to help?

Do I need to take the radio out of where it currently is? I admit that it's not the easiest to remove without scratching the plastic bits around...

I would appreciate all the help i can get!
