Hi,

Thanks for the help. My stereo numbers only go upto 6 but also as I've just gone to try to put a number in, it stayed on 0 and just beeped.

So it's not letting me put a number in either.

Am I best taking it to a garage?

Sorry…this is insufficient information

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then post the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with RN************

Also post the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

Cheers mate but I can't even put any numbers in. When I press either the unit or the steerin wheel controls it just beeps at me.

Sounds like the radio is still locked out from having a wrong code inputted, just leave it switched "ON" until the display shows "0000" then enter the code.
