Hallo, the funny thing is that this code is written on the radio but dose not seam to work. do you have any suggestions on why that is?

Sorry.......this is insufficient information

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then quote the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER beginning with
RN* * * * * * * * * * * * found stamped in the metal casing.

Also quote the SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

If in doubt post ALL the letters+numbers on any labels or barcodes

Thank you for reply. It is quite bizarre because 9768 code is written in maintenance service book and I have tired it multiple times, however unsuccessfully. What could the issue be here?
