Renault clio radio code

Hi, I would be grateful for any assistance.

I bought a second hand 2004 Renault Scenic from a Car Dealership. Apparently they tried to get the radio code from Renault who initially gave them 7218. After that produced an 'error' message the Car Dealership sent the radio into Renault who then claimed it had been replaced and that the new code was 6481. Neither work but before I take it any further I wondered if you could check what the correct code should be please. Details as follows:
