It was the misreading of Tol269..That is why it is always better to write it as it is on the label in UPPER case / CAPITAL letters to avoid any possible confusion

Leave it SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED until it has automatically reset itself

3576 is the correct code for TOL269

Make sure you press the final button ( ¬ or 6 or 5 ) for at least 10 seconds to store the code

If this does not work then your radio may have been recoded to a completely different number
