My dad took the battery out of my 53 plate clio and now my radio isn't working. I found the code 4101 in my manual but that doesn't work.

Hi, trying to replace radio dassette in my sons car with an original renault cd player (tuner list) and unlike the cassette, this has no code written on the case, can anyone please help?
