Details are:
Philips 22DC579/62B

77 00 826 198 ..E

On the backside were also three barcodes:
1126919
90222157962105
00195051126919

There was another number, obviously from some portuguese ministry, I write it anyway:
6/00781/15922/A

The code I got (and which I tried 3 times) was 3447.
