Peugeot / Philips 22DC722/65Z code HELP

Hello, two months ago I bought Peugeot 406 Coupe. I did not get code card for radio with car. I had to fix electric seat, so I need to disconnect battery... and of course after this my radio is asking for code.

The radio is OEM Peugeot: Philips Audio 4050 vel 22DC722/65Z
Serial#: PHAPGFW7003946
