let me see if I understood, I have to leave the radio on for an hour or two without touching any botton so then I can enter the code again, ??

Please note that code entry is only possible when the display shows "CodE". If the unit is codelocked, leave it switched on for up to two hours or more and a further attempt at code entry should be possible
note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before
the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")
ps. dont touch any buttons cause wait time will start from the begining.
