Philips SC 201 Car Key Code

Hello members.

I bought a Opel Corsa B and unfortunately the radio key was not with the radio.
So I hope you can help me to get this radio key.
The details are see below with the pictures.

The serial number sticker has following numbers

top line = 460 / 75 F

probably the serial is = 93223WA(0)5 or 93223WA(8)5 or 93223WA(6)5
always without parenthesis

We were unfortunately not sure what the digit in parenthesis should be.
The blue color over the sticker make it unpossilbe to say what the right digit is.
