Just for your information...
A couple weeks ago I replaced the battery on my own to save a few €€€, but when I turned the car on.... oopps CODE!

As I bought my Renault Megane van used, and apparently the Radio is not the original radio that came with the van... Renault gave me a totally different code from my Engine Nš + Plates combination.

They wanted 35 € to get the radio out and give me another code!!! :skep:

So... once again... THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

We calculate the code using the Serial Number etc. from the actual radio so this is why this method is more accurate than looking up the VIN on the Dealer database.
