Had to disconnect Battery on our 2007 Renualt Grand Scenic Today and the radio is flashing code 0000 now

Can anyone help please.

Thanks Sowi for the code went to try it but all I`m getting on the radio is it saying CODE..What would you suggest I do next ????
It`s driving me nuts.
