Nissan note radio unlock code

Hi all

I've just been to the garage with my daughters nissan note and he's had the battery disconnected and hence the radio needs a code

the code in the book doesnt work

can anyone help?

I've taken the radio out to get the S/N and part number and they are as follows
its a Blaupunkt
s/n BP5387 61139872
p/n 7645 387618
