Greetings all
In the new car battery situation. Unable to access the radio's serial, tried pins and longer thin sticks of metal and no joy removing unit. It's a factory fitted radio in a Peugeot 106 1.1L 03 plate.
Removed radio casing, and on the base it has '96 381 824 77 ABS/PA'
Serial of car: VF31CHFXF52821212V
Any help is gratefully appreciated

First remove the radio from the dashboard.
Then post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels, barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.
This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated

It would be great for you to tell me how. I have tried sticking pins and long thin poles into the two holes either side of the radio, but it just don't budge. Do you know a technique to prize it out? It's just a generic radio that comes with the car.Originally posted by RegWorts View PostThe correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
