Suzuki Ignis Radio Code Request

Could you please let us know what the wife's radio code is for her Blaupunkt in a Suzuki Ignis (she never received the card when she bought it second-hand). It recently had a battery change by Halfords and it's been asking for the code ever since.

I've had the unit out and the details on the side are as follows:

39101-86G10
ID: 39101-86G1 e1 022903 FD492

Any help would be gratefully received.
