I can't unlock my radio even with the master code

Hi,

I've an Audi A3 with a Blaupunkt Woodstock Dab 54 autoradio. I also got the master code but I don't have anymore the key card.
I tried with a blank SD (formated in fat32 and fat16) card but I still got the error message "K card not ok" when I power it then the autoradio shut down it self.

Could you help me please ?
