Please help - Ford Fiesta (Y reg) radio code needed

I have a Ford fiesta mark 5 (Y reg/2001) and the 6000CD player, which I need a code for. I pressed 2 and 6, and the following numbers came up (I think in this order):

Screen 1: MGP DJ5
Screen 2: 07-02-00
Screen 3: 4-09

MGP DJ5 07-02-00 4-09

Please can somebody supply the 4 digit code. I had a new clutch fitted, and I need to reset the stereo.

Remove the radio and gives references that are on the labels and the metallic casing.
