Land Rover radio code please!

Hi,

The radio code provided with my 2008 Land Rover Defender does not work.

I managed to pull out the radio and the following details were on the unit itself. (different to what was on the code card in the manual)

Any help with a code would be much appreciated.

Radio Serial no - 0011983
CL Model No. - CE-6H3205LR-02
Part No. XQE500350 70447 BB

Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

I have had Landrover in the UK look up the radio code via my VIN number etc but they came up with the original code that doesn't work.

I'll try them now with numbers that are on the actual radio.
