Thanks, tried this but got a wait message and countdown from 30 mins.
I got the serial number by pressing the 6 & 1 buttons on the stereo and the following flashed up - MP D5 DP 303 255. Does this make any difference to the code you gave me ?

6325 is the correct code for the Serial Number quoted M303255


Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
