9018 is the correct code for the numbers quoted so check your numbers again.

There are only ten options left out of ten.Our service provider has also provided code 9018, but that's not good.I do not know how to fix it anyway?

If correct then it looks as though your radio may have been recoded to a different number. If so, you better visit your local center for unlocking your radio!

After my engine had been replaced my radio is locked and since I bought the car second hand I don't have the unlock code. I brought it to the dealer and they said they could not find a serial code!
I have opened it up myself and found the following:
C7E3F0547 A 3233389
7 612 330 547
9M5T 18K931 DA

If someone could help me I would appreciate it very much!

Ford V Serial codes are not available for free from anywhere in the Internet, as access is required at the Ford factory in the database (through a Dealer Ford)...which is not commercially available as software, try your Ford Dealer, or Radio Decoding Service
