Tried to code to many times

I entered my code to my 1998 Toyota Landcruiser to many times & I am now locked out eekk much to the disappointment of my partner but I was sure I was entering it correctly!!!
Anyway after much searching I have found out how I need to reset it but I dont know how or where to get the code from?? I am wondering if anyone knows how to go about getting this or rectifying or do I have to take it to the dealer??

FYI - Initially the code is a 3 digit code (if you enter it right the first time) however to reset it I need a 6 digit code

I wasnt requesting a code I was just curious as to what the next step would be to unlock my radio after entering the code to many times???
