Can anyone help me to find a Keycode for serial number M037724?

The code i have which is printed in the manual doesn't work! Why would it be in the manual if it doesn't work!? :-)

Hey, thanks very much for your reply. 3160 is the code i have written down by the manufacturer, but each time i enter the code then press 5 to "enter", it appears invalid and asks me to re enter it. Now i only have 3 attempts left before it permanently locks itself! I guess i will have to go to my local dealer to resolve this...

Thanks Milkaga. Is there a way for me to locate the serial number physically, on the radio?

I have an official Ford sticker called "Keycode Security", which has written on it, "Unit Code FD 5000, Serial Number M037724, Keycode 3160".

It was given to me with the car, but i guess it could be the wrong radio...

try to press a button 6 and 1 can display the serial number

in some versions, you have to press 6 and 2
