Radio code for skoda fabia

Hi everyone,
Hope you can help. I have had a new battery fitted and now need a radio code which does not seem to appear anywhere in the handbook or on the radio itself.
Not really sure what info is needed? people seem to be giving a long number for theirs- not sure what this is?
