Code Renault Laguna Help

Hello, I have change the battery on my car and I can't use the radio because I need the ''code'' I have a renault laguna and the numbers that are on the radio are: TOU369 RN279FY0068297 7700433948TU369 If anybody can help me please. Thank you.
