Blaupunkt travel pilot ex

Can anyone help I have fitted a new battery and cannot find code card for the sat nav cd radio it is made by Blaupunkt and is a travel pilot ex ... I have pulled the unit out and can only see the following codes etc
on the side C7E3A051477490406......also Below the following ...4M5T. 18K931CD.....also below....0123557
